Orlando residents – want to help abandoned, abused and neglected children in your community? On February 25, 2012 the Central Florida Children’s Home is hosting “It’s For The Kids!” 5k run/walk at Campus Crusade for Christ Corporate Headquarters located at 100 Lake Hart Drive, Orlando, FL 32832.

Proceeds from the “It’s For the Kids!” 5K Run/Walk will benefit the children of the Central Florida Children’s Home. Since 1973 CFCH has provided a stable and loving Christian home for neglected children ages 2 to 18. At CFCH children are able to live, learn and grow. Daily they enjoy three healthy meals, a home life with spiritual guidance, and the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities like sports and music lessons. There are currently 18 children living at the “Home”, but many more could be cared for if funding were available.
There are 3 ways to help, you can register, sponsor a runner/walker or make a donation.
