My tip this week is to make sure both your eBay and PayPal accounts are updated with accurate information. As a seller, I rely on the information provided by these sites for my shipping labels, delivery confirmation and/or customs forms. If you make a PayPal purchase and you know the information may be old or inaccurate, please kindly add the correct address in the notes section (or if you’d like to have your item shipped to an alternative address, put that information in the notes section as well). If you wait and send an email a day or two after making the purchase, there is no guarantee the seller didn’t already ship your package to the default address provided.
