Clearwater Marine Aquarium Offers Educational and Inspirational Spring Break Camp
Clearwater Marine Aquarium is offering a “Spring Into Science Camp” for children in Kindergarten through 8th grade from March 30 – April 3. This Spring Break camp takes place from 8.30am – 4.00pm each day.
This unique camp features Clearwater Marine Aquarium educators that will present engaging science curriculum with hands-on experiences. Campers will be immersed in science exploration and experimentation which will excite and inspire as we study Clearwater Bay.
Campers will board a Clearwater Marine Aquarium vessel and study the local ecosystem while participating in plankton tows and net pulls. In addition, campers will discover the properties of water, have hands-on practice using the scientific method as we conduct observations of our resident dolphins, access exclusive behind the scenes areas of our working marine animal hospital, and learn about exhibits before we open to the public each day.
