Day 28 of #30DaysOfCaring is all about KaBOOM! KaBOOM! is the national non-profit dedicated to bringing balanced and active play into the daily lives of all kids, particularly those growing up in poverty in America. They create great places to play, inspire communities to promote and support play, and work to drive the national discussion about the importance of play in fostering healthy lives and communities.
Vision: All kids get the childhood they deserve filled with balanced and active play, so they can thrive.
How can YOU bring play back to your community? Saving play can start with something as simple as a bucket of sidewalk chalk. Take action and connect to other moms, dads, teachers, and community advocates who want to give all children the time and space to play.
