Not too long ago, I told you about two new smoothies from Medifast and how you could enter to win samples! Well, now I’m going to tell you ALL about them! Medifast sent me a box of each flavor (Medifast Pineapple Mango Smoothie and Medifast Triple Berry Smoothie) and I have been enjoying these meals ever since.
Last night, after a run in the Florida heat and humidity, this is what I enjoyed.
Pineapple Mango is so delicious. In my house, we fight over sugar free pineapple popsicles so I personally think this smoothie is a home run! It is packed with flavor, naturally flavored and filled with 12 grams of protein as well as 25 vitamins and minerals! Also, it is Kosher Dairy, Vegetarian, Caffeine Free, Certified Gluten Free.
While sipping, I close my eyes and pretend I’m on vacation. I even bought this cute pineapple glass to enjoy my smoothie in (now I just need to add a paper umbrella and it will be a true vacation)!
The Medifast Triple Berry Smoothie is also delicious! It is filled with berrylicious flavor! Like the frothy pineapple mango smoothie, Triple Berry is also packed with protein, vitamins and minerals. it is Kosher Dairy, Vegetarian, Caffeine Free, Certified Gluten Free. I need to find a cute glass and some paper umbrellas for this one, too.
Summertime is here, so I am thankful Medifast developed these two new meals.
