If you have a Graco stroller (Quattro Tour and/or MetroLite), pay attention to the latest recall. Apparently, about 2 million strollers are being recalled because of 4 infant deaths. For the official recall notice from Graco (which includes impacted model numbers), click here.
The potential problem is entrapment and strangulation to infants younger than a year old when he or she is not harnessed. Apparently, an infant can pass through the opening between the stroller tray and seat bottom, but his/her head and neck can become entrapped by the tray.
Consumers should stop using the recalled strollers immediately and contact Graco for a free repair kit.
