30 Day ShredToday concludes day 15 of my weight loss journey with Weight Watchers online and Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred. In those 15 days, I have used at least one shred video for 13 days. I was lazy this past weekend and decided to give it a break and trust me when I tell you my knees thanked me for it.

I have also been using various workout videos such as Tae-Bo Total Body Fat Blaster as well as Baron Baptiste Power Yoga. I don’t want to get bored with the workouts and I truly believe I need more than a 20 minute workout per day in order to reach my goals.

The Shred workouts are intense, no joke. I am drenched after completing one 20 minute segment! The moves are effective and really fatigue my muscles. The key is not giving up and working at a pace I can handle.

So far, I have lost 5 pounds. Not bad! It is crazy how I can feel myself getting stronger as the moves become a little easier. There were a few days I felt ambitious and completed Levels 1 & 2 back to back. Today I tried level 3 and my muscles are still shaking from it. By far, level 3 is the most difficult but I am glad I was able to complete the entire workout.
