A Spooktacular Celebration at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2015 #MNSSHP

One of my all-time favorite Halloween celebrations starts next week, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! This party is fun for ALL ages. Go trick-or-treating in “not-so-scary” costumes around the Magic Kingdom, which has been transformed into a home for happy haunts. Keep in mind, this party requires a special ticket and will be taking place for 25 boo-tiful nights: September: 15, 18, 20, 22, 25 and 27; October: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31; November: 1.

MNSSHP DecoarationsEerie Entertainment:

  • Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade: Held twice nightly, a bone-rattling spectacle featuring Disney characters donning Halloween costumes. A hair-raising ride by the Headless Horseman himself begins the festivities, followed by a collection of frightful floats featuring Disney Characters in Halloween costumes. Prepare yourself for the grave diggers—the Haunted Mansion stars in this delightful parade. It’s really not so scary… just fiendish fun!
  • Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular: The mischievous Sanderson Sisters from Disney’s Hocus Pocus are throwing an evil Halloween party. This new show is a not-to-be-missed Halloween production and features appearances by Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie, Maleficent and other great Disney villains, along with dancers, projections and special effects.
  • Happy HalloWishes: For the fiendish finale, a green and orange fireworks display complete with Disney villains, will creep across the sky.
  • Frontierland: For guests’ ghostly pleasure, a barbershop quartet of dead cowboys also will be serenading Frontierland with their chilling musical arrangements. Listen if you dare!

In addition to trick-or-treating, meet and greets with Disney characters in their festive Halloween costumes and Halloween treats and eats unique to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are available throughout the evening. If you are a treat lover, you can opt for a Happy HalloWishes Dessert Premium Package (available only on select party nights). Details can be found here.
