Remember the 2013 Sharp Holiday cocktail recipes from my SIL (aka Mixologist Mindy)? Now it’s time for some Delightful & Frightful Halloween spooktacular ones! These will be a hit at your upcoming party.
Candy Corn Martini #1
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz of candy corn infused vodka.
- Garnished with a few pieces of candy corn (in the bottom).
Candy Corn Martini #2
- 1.5oz of triple sec
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz of candy corn vodka
I also did a rim of sugar/orange zest dipped in rich simple syrup. This drink needs the sweetness. So if you don’t rim, I would suggest adding a splash of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Orange wheel (2-1 to garnish)
- 7 mint leaves
- 2 oz Jack Daniels Whisky
- 1.5 oz simple syrup
- 1.5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz Chambord liquor
Muddle an orange wheel with the mint leaves then add ice, Jack, simple syrup and lemon juice. Give it a shake and strain into a martini glass. Slowly pour in the Chambord so it settles in the bottom. Garnish with the other orange wheel.
Drop the orange wheel in before you sip so the Chambord gets mixed up.
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
Black sugar w/ heavy simple syrup on the rim.
