The contents easily fit inside a gym bag and/or purse if you are on the go! I especially loved the egg white chips and oloves!
My problem is my 5 year old discovered the box and claimed several of the snacks. But, it worked out perfectly since they provide balanced nutrition after ice hockey practice!
