Chick-fil-A Has New #FreshMade Healthy Menu Options AND #Giveaway

I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan, I will drive out of my way to eat there simply for the food quality and taste! Their menu is top notch and filled with healthy options. I keep our fast food visits to a minimal, but I never feel guilty when visiting Chick-fil-A because I can order grilled chicken, fresh salads, wheat buns for my sandwiches, and fruit! My son loves their fruit cups, whether we are grabbing a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner he always asks for one (yes, even over french fries).

Here’s some exciting news, Chick-Fil-A is helping YOU make today #FreshMade, by creating new menu options that you can feel good about! They are introducing 3 new premium salads and an improved wrap all under 430 calories made with premium ingredients..

The new items consist of the following:

A new improved Chick-Fil-A Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap

  • Contains 1 cup of fresh veggies (chopped romaine lettuce, red cabbage, carrots), sliced grilled chicken, shredded Monterey jack & cheddar cheeses on flax seed flour flat bread.
  • 60% of daily value for fiber
  • 330 calories
  • 12 g of fat, 15 g fiber, 3 g sugar and 38 g protein
  • 4 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat, 65 mg cholesterol, 990 mg sodium, 28 g carbs, 15% iron

Chick-Fil-A Grilled Market Salad

  • 2 servings of vegetables (chopped romaine lettuce & baby greens, red cabbage, carrots)
  • 1 serving fruit (fresh apples, strawberries, & blueberries)

Chick-Fil-A Cobb Salad
