Full Core Is Helping Me #StopSnacking #cbias #socialfabric

I am an avid runner who tries to live a healthy lifestyle. So far in 2013, I have logged 170.47 running miles in 23.78 hours and burnt 18,518 calories. Because of this, I fall into the “I will burn it off running, so I’ll eat it” mentality when it comes to snacking. I eat healthy all day long, but at nights I find myself searching for a snack! This can quickly turn into a bad habit that will sabotage my diet and training program.

I heard about Full Core which is a natural appetite control beverage that aids in digestive health. Since I am contemplating signing up for my next half marathon, it’s time to get serious about what fuels my body. Plus, I need to STOP SNACKING! I lost close to 40 lbs last year and do not want to gain any back.

Here are the reasons I specifically want to use Full Core in my attempt to suppress my appetite and stop snacking:

  • Naturally sweetened with Stevia Reb A
  • An alternative to a soda that provides 40% (10 grams) of daily fiber needs.
  • It is blended with 15 essential vitamins+minerals+fiber to aid in digestive health.
  • Contains NO sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavors, color, sodium, preservatives, OR soy!
  • Gluten-free.

Full Core sounds like a healthy product I NEED to quench my appetite! Thankfully, my local Chamberlin’s Market carries it (otherwise, I could have ordered online here).

Outside Store

Full Core retails for $9.95 at Chamberlin’s Market; however, it was on sale for $7.99 the day I shopped!

So, what’s the verdict? Did Full Core make me stop snacking? Did it curb my enormous appetite?

Full Core Close Up

Full Core made me feel satisfied so I had no desire to reach for a late night snack. I start drinking it 30 minutes before eating dinner (my largest meal of the day). Around 8 pm, I am usually in the habit of reaching for something crunchy. On days I use Full Core, I have no desire to open my pantry in search of a night-time snack!

Full Core is a refreshing, lightly carbonated lemon lime beverage, not syrupy or overly carbonated. It only contains 25 calories and is packed with vitamins and minerals. I honestly like the taste and would have no clue it was an appetite control beverage if the can didn’t say so (there are no weird after tastes and it doesn’t make me feel full or bloated, it’s just good). Also, it is NOT an energy drink so I do not get the jitters from drinking it, just feel satisfied. This is a great replacement for an evening soda or beverage.
