I’m excited to share my thoughts on Medifast’s three newly released products: Macaroni & Cheese, Fajita Seasoning Mix and Brown Gravy Mix!
I tried the macaroni & cheese and WISH this meal was available when I was on plan, I would have enjoyed it every single day! It’s a definite comfort food that you don’t have to feel guilty about. Tasty and satisfying! Creamy and delicious! I think Medifast knocked it out of the park with this one! My exact phrase to Medifast was “Holy Macaroni” when I gave them my feedback. If you are currently on the Medifast 5&1 plan or thinking about it, you must order this product (actually, stock up because you may want to eat this several times per day)! Also, keep a close eye that it doesn’t overflow in the microwave, because it can be messy.

The final product is brown gravy mix. I make mashed cauliflower with chives at least once per week. Last week, I served Medifast brown gravy with the mashed cauliflower and it was a HUGE hit. Again, savory comfort food that is NOT packed with fat, sodium and/or calories. I felt like I was cheating because this gravy is THAT flavorful. Also, it is simple to make…this will blow your mind.
