Sunday Shape-Up Report With Medifast Week 2

Today concludes week 2 on the Medifast program. I have been fighting an upper respiratory infection and taking prescription medicines, so I made sure to drink extra fluids this week (literally, at least 100 ounces each day). I also attempted to rest which is pretty much impossible since I am coughing non-stop (even with prescription cough syrup that is supposed to knock me out) AND I have a very active toddler to chase around.

I did find the Medifast Chicken Noodle Soup to be very comforting this week and enjoyed it for lunch almost every day (one of my absolute favorite Medifast meals)!

Enough about my sickness, how did I do? Did I stay on plan? YES I did!

Week 1: -5 lbs

 Week 2: -5 lbs

Total weight loss to date: 10 lbs

Wondering what Medifast is all about? Perhaps I answered your questions here. If not, shoot me a message or leave a comment!
